Before you book

How do I make a booking on your website?

You can book your service by shoosing the option of Destinations at the main menu, then choose the city where you may need our service and proceed to make your booking. You can also book from the Home Page or by choosing the option of Tailor Made.

Please fill the form providing all the information requested. After submiting your request you will be able to complete your booking by paying online. You can pay using your credit card or your Paypal account. Once that the payment may have been confirmed, you will receive an email with your confirmation.

Make sure to read carefully the email that we will be sending, since it provides important indications, incuding where and how to locate us on your arrival.

What information do I need in order to book?

In order to provide you the best possible service, we may need you to indicate your Pickup and drop off location, as well as your requested pick up time.

In case that you may be booking transportation from the airport to your hotel, please include the flight number in which you may arrive (including airline), as well as your estimated arrival time.

I cannot find a route I want to book. What to do?

Choose the option of Tailor Made at the main menu. You will be able to request a personalized transfer service. You will receive a quotation and instructions to confirm your service by email as soon as possible.

If you prefer, you can email us your request. You will find our email at the Contact section at the main menu.

How do I pay for my transfer?

You can pay online through Paypal. As soon as you have booked your service you will be able to pay it online.

Can I book a transfer with more than one stop?

Please use the section of Tailor made/a> located at the main menu. To indicate how many stops you may need. You will receive by email a quote and instructions for confirming your service request.

Before you travel

Flight information

In case that you may be taking a slight with multiple connections, please let us know the flight number in which you arrive to your destination. Our staff will be monitoring your flight and it case it is delayed, we will make sure that your chauffeur will be waiting for you at the correct time, at the right terminal.

If for any reason you change your flight, please let us know as soon as possible by email, phone, skype or whatsapp.

Where will I meet the driver when I arrive?

What happens if I can’t locate my driver?

Each airport is different, we will send you by email indications of where to find us at each airport. As a general rule, we will receive you with a nameboard with your name at the aiport designated area for private transportation. Please avoid to stop at the Touristic Information booth located inside the airports, they may offer assistance to locate your transportation, but in reality may try to sell you a time share.

My group size has changed, can I choose another vehicle?

Sure, please notify us any change that you may have, including group size, destination, flight, requested pick up time, etc... You can contact us by email, phone, skype or whatsapp.

How can I become a partnerr?

Contact us by email: partners@royaletransfers.com , please make sure to inclue a brief presentation letter of your company or organization, as well as the following information: address, company name, commercial references, contact information, logo, main destinations where you operate, main destinations at Mexico where you need services, main services needed, payment prferences (credit card, wire transfer, etc...

Once you have contacted you, we will call you to arrange a conference in order to confirm all your contact information and define the service standards and requirements that you may have (deliver presentation card with yoru logo, fresh towels, botteld water, etc...).
